One More Lap for Kids' Village, our OG 12-hour, charity ultramarathon, is coming back to Lichfield in 2025. 200 runners, in 40 teams, will compete to complete as many laps of Stowe Pool as they can, from sunrise to sunset – all to raise money for Kids' Village.
Use your body & your brain
One More Lap will be a test of your mind as much as your body.
The course is short, open & pan-flat.
It will be windy.
It will be repetitive.
And every time you pass the entrance to camp, you’ll have a choice to make – will you quit & head back to the comfort of camp, or will you keep running & do One More Lap for Kids’ Village?

One More Lap's so much more than just another ultra though. It's a day-long fundraising festival of running.
Our Event Camps are filled with music & laughter, food & drink and buzzing with the energy of runners & your support crew cheering you on.
It’s guaranteed to be a day you’ll never forget. Promise.
Let’s build the camp together
Your team needs to bring a gazebo or tent that’s big enough to fit you and all your supplies in.
There’ll be plenty of room on the field so if you’ve got a big one, feel free to bring it.
Plus, you’ll likely be in camp for a fair while so something to sit on – camping chairs, inflatable sofas, hammocks. You decide.
Best Dressed Pitch Award
We'd love you to turn your corner of the camp into "Your Happy Place" – whatever and wherever that might be.
Why not transform your pitch into a pub? How about spending the day at the spa (or Spar?). Maybe stretch out on a sun lounger while listening to hula music. It’s up to you…

Building the UK’s first respite holiday village just for children with critical illness.
Kids' Village will be the UK's first holiday village for sick children & their families.
Set in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, just outside Lichfield, it will be a place for imagination, enjoying nature together and feeling free from daily challenges of battling a serious illness.
